PROCEDURE

  1. Customers give us request => We send you invoice

To check price, we will need these details information:

  • Type of hair (super double, extra double, double, single drawn) 
  • Texture of hair (straight, bone straight, wavy, curly…)
  • Color of hair, length (inches)
  • Quantity of the order (gram / kilogram for bundles; piece for closure)
  1. You pay us (via Agents –we will suggest, Bank transfer, Western Union, Onepay/Paypal) to process the hair. Production timing is around….
  2. When the hairs are ready, we will send you pictures to confirm
  3. If the hairs are ok we will ship it. If it is not ok, we will fix untill it is ok then ship (the decision belongs to you)
  4. Once the hairs are shipped out, please be in touch with shipping agents / or follow tracking information
  5. Receive hairs. Finish the order.

Requirements to return hairs

  • Providing pictures and videos of the damaged hair.
  • After following guidance to fix from sales, the hair is still bad.
  • Pay shipping fee to return and to ship again (shipping via Fedex only)

Depending on the status of the hair, we will decide whether we will fix it or give you a refund.
