We accept to return hairs in this situation: The mistakes belong to the manufacturer & product quality

Requirements to return hairs

  • Providing pictures and videos of the damaged hair.
  • After following guidance to fix from sales, the hair is still bad.
  • Pay shipping fee to return and to ship again (shipping via Fedex only)

Depending on the status of the hair, we will decide whether we will fix it or give you a refund.
